These Terms of Use for the online store casmara.md apply to orders for the purchase of goods/services offered by S.C. LEOPATIX S.R.L through the website casmara.md.

To use the website under optimal conditions, we recommend carefully reviewing these Terms. We reserve the right to make changes to these provisions without prior notice.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

This website is owned by S.C. LEOPATIX S.R.L. By placing an order in the online store, the Buyer accepts the Terms of Sale of goods/products and/or services, based on the legislation of the Republic of Moldova (hereinafter – the Terms) outlined below.

Using the website implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions proposed by S.C. LEOPATIX S.R.L, in accordance with Law No. 284/2004 on Electronic Commerce. The relationship between the buyer and the seller is governed by Law No. 105/2003 “On Consumer Protection” and other regulations adopted under it.

The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms, and the Buyer is obliged to monitor any changes.

 

2. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

By using the website casmara.md, you automatically consent to the collection and processing of personal data necessary for processing/confirming/fulfilling orders.

Personal data are processed only for lawful purposes, such as providing the products you ordered, marketing campaigns, Google analytics, cookies, and notifications/newsletters.

All personal data is stored and used only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, in accordance with Law No. 133/2011 on the protection of personal data.

We use commercial security measures to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure proper use of information on the website. Transmission of data over the Internet or wireless networks cannot be fully secured. Therefore, like other companies, we cannot guarantee the security of information provided by the Buyer, and it is submitted at their own risk. 

 

3. ORDER AND PAYMENT

Orders can be paid by bank card – upon receipt of the order, you will receive a tax receipt confirming the payment.

Online payments are processed with maximum security, using the bank card as a payment instrument. After payment, you will receive confirmation by email.

The payment processor uses a secure system based on the latest version of the 3D-Secure standard, ensuring buyer authentication for safe online transactions. During payment, the user is redirected to a secure MAIB page, where authentication is completed using a one-time code for each online transaction.

Refunds are made only to the card used for the purchase.

For payment, you must enter your bank card details. The information is transmitted securely and stored only on the specialized server of the payment system.

CVC or CVV code (3 digits)

Name on the card

If the card currency differs from the transaction currency (MDL), the issuing bank’s conversion conditions will apply.

 

4. DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS/SERVICES

After placing an order, the Buyer will receive information about the expected delivery date by courier/service.

Delivery within Chișinău is made after order confirmation by our operators, on working days from 10:00 to 18:00.

No delivery on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery times may be extended in isolated situations (e.g., adverse weather, holidays, technical issues). We will inform you if such situations occur.

You may choose any delivery address – home, office, or another location, without additional fees. Only one delivery address is accepted per order. For multiple addresses, place separate orders.

Upon receipt, please check the packaging and tax receipt in the presence of the courier. Any subsequent claims on these matters will not be accepted.

 

5. RIGHT OF RETURN

According to Law No. 105-XV of March 13, 2013, on consumer protection, the Buyer has the right to return purchased goods within 14 days of payment. Refunds are made to the card used for the purchase.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged, according to Appendix No. 2 to Government Decision No. 1465 of 08.12.2003 and its amendments:

Knitwear (underwear, bedding, hosiery)

Personal hygiene items (toothbrushes, combs, hair clips, curlers, tweezers, razors, etc.)

Perfume and cosmetic products

Textile products (fabrics, ribbons, trims)

Cables (electrical wires, cords)

Polymer products in contact with food (tableware, packaging, storage items)

If the identical product is unavailable, the consumer may request a refund upon presenting proof of purchase (receipt).

Conditions for return:

Product unused, with all components, label, and original packaging

Retains consumer properties

Proof of purchase available

Not listed among non-returnable items

 

6. CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY

In accordance with Law No. 133/2011 on personal data protection, the service provider processes personal data in a lawful manner. Data is processed both automatically and manually, ensuring security, confidentiality, and respect for data subject rights.

The provider collects and processes only personal data provided by consumers when placing orders: name, surname, phone number, address, and email.

Personal data are used exclusively for site administration, order delivery, or contact purposes. The provider may use data for statistical or promotional purposes.

The provider will not disclose personal data to third parties without consent, except as required by law (government institutions, legal entities, courts).

The provider ensures protection against loss, destruction, distortion, or unauthorized disclosure. Employees are required to maintain confidentiality.
